Holly raises white, India Blue, pied, Opal, and Java Spaulding peafowl; guinea fowl valued for pest control and their watchful nature; and specialty chickens including Legbars, Polish, Leghorns, and Cochins. Eggs, chicks, keets, and adult birds are seasonal, so availability can change quickly.
